Fleur serves as senior fellow at the Misgav Institute for National Security and Zionist Strategy. In this role, she contributes to advancing the institute's mission of addressing critical issues in Israeli national security, policy, and Zionist strategy. Her work includes providing thought leadership and strategic analysis, focusing on policy recommendations to combat antisemitism and strengthen relations between Israel and the Diaspora.

Kol Yisrael

Fleur serves as Secretary General of Kol Israel, becoming the first woman to lead the faction within the World Zionist Congress. The faction also invests in Zionist youth movements and places innovation at the core of the Zionist movement.

UAE Israel Business Council

The UAE-Israel Business Council was established by business and public sector leaders from the UAE and Israel to help foster shared opportunities, economic cooperation and business partnerships between Emiratis and Israelis.

As part of its initiatives, the Council supports the Gulf-Israel Women’s Forum, which unites over 100 female leaders across the Middle East to build personal and professional connections. Rooted in the belief that women are natural networkers and peacebuilders, the Forum has evolved from a grassroots effort into a movement encompassing women from both Abraham Accords and non-Accords nations, including Saudi Arabia and Egypt.

By bridging academics, professional development, and cultural integration, Campus Israel is shaping the next generation of global leaders united by shared values.
